Refund policy

Each product is custom made to order and refunds are not available, however, we will do everything we can to make it right in the event that there is an issue with your order. If your order was damaged during shipping, please let us know and we will file an insurance claim on your item/s. Each of our orders are shipped with insurance purchased for coverage of the whole order. Please keep the original packaging as well as the items damaged as we will need photographic evidence of this damage.
